Initially I interviewed a range of Estate Agents prior to making a selection and they all promise the earth, and some of them also expect you to pay it. In the end I went with my heart, and the knowledge that the ladies at Denny and Salmond have the experience to back up their promises. They were also the most reasonably priced, but I never felt like they short changed me on service. We had a number of viewings and they were happy to work with my tenant to ensure access.
